2 Steps Ahead trains high school, collegiate and professional athletes in a variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, softball, track & field, and wrestling to name a few.  2 Steps Ahead programs are designed to assist each student-athlete in reaching and exceeding their training and athletic goals.  

 Workout routines should match or exceed the speed of sport. The 2 Steps Ahead program will challenge you, taking your conditioning, strength and agility to another level.  

 Some traditional systems focus on size and the use of heavy conventional weightlifting to train their players. We train the athlete to move and react in a way that prepares them to excel on the field by maximizing their strength & athletic ability!  You cannot train for one athletic component. Isolated training leads to athletic limitations.  


FIT-Functional Intense Training  

Our classes are held throughout the week including Saturday morning. Each day has a different focus and is designed to give your body everything it needs to be strong, healthy, and in great shape. 2 Steps Ahead has developed a very unique approach to fitness classes. Every workout is different; we do not use the same routine over and over again. These classes are for individuals who are interested in training, not the latest fad or craze. You will never be bored and your body will never plateau. Our class instructors will inspire you, and your body will have new physical challenges to overcome on a daily basis. 



Indoor Cycle  

Improve speed, endurance, leg strength and power while listening to great music.  Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, the Indoor Cycle program delivers a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn and personal challenge.  


Personal Training  

 The 2 STEPS AHEAD personal training program ensures the most productive outcome. This is not your standard personal training session; everything in the program is customized and altered for your benefit. Your goals & physical condition will determine the type of program designed for you. Personal training is customized for competitive athletes & general fitness athletes.
