FIT CLASS

Incorporate unconventional strength and conditioning methods to deliver a fun effective training program! This class utilizes kettlebells, BOSU balancers, cone drills, punching & kicking bags and other functional training equipment. **Bring boxing gloves for punching exercises. For members 16 years & older.


INDOOR CYCLE

Improve speed, endurance, leg strength and power while listening to great music. For members 16 years & older.


R.I.P.P.E.D

Is a high energy, calorie burning workout that masterfully combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Polymeric, Endurance, & Diet. R.I.P.P.E.D uses resistance training, and intensive cardio training to rev up your metabolic burn. It is fun, created for all fitness levels and will give you the results you are looking for.


TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (TBC)

TBC encourages maximum caloric burn by using interval training, circuits, and HIIT training to give you an all-around great workout. TBC combines elements of cardio, strength, and core conditioning using a variety of equipment. All fitness levels encouraged. **Boxing gloves will be needed for this class


PiYO

Gives you hardcore definition, intense calorie burn, and all over strength, without weights, jumps and without destroying your body.


YOGA

Core Strength Vinyasa yoga. It’s focus is getting into asanas (yoga poses) by engaging the deep core muscles. Basically working from the inside out.


MOBILITY

No matter how old you are, by moving each of your joints in this sequence, you will be pain-free without any strain, turn back “the Clock” to reverse aging, experience perfect balance of mobility and stability, enjoy true lifetime fitness without injuries, amplify your mental acuity and awareness and empower yourself rather than feel powerless.


MOBILITY FIT

Is 10-15min joint mobility warmup, 30min conditioning including resistant, functional and unconventional training using kettle bells, club bells, medicine balls, calisthenics and much more. Followed by a yoga inspired cool down to reinforce the moves of the day and decompress them, which allows you to recover faster and train more often.


PERFORMANCE FIT

This class challenges student athletes 8-13 years old with plyometrics, coordination and strength drills to improve their performance in their chosen sport.
